This is an original character named Lis created by . Her magic is water and music, so I tried making it look almost like she's dancing while manipulating water.

So, I just found out that she's supposed to be wearing jeans! I asked what she was wearing in a note, but then instead of waiting for a response I just finished it because I had time So it might get changed later. Stupid me!!
